Financial Assistance
MOE financial assistance is available to eligible Singaporean students, regardless of household income. Apply via Parents Gateway or visit the MOE website for details.
Ministry of Education (MOE) provides financial assistance to needy Singaporean students in Government, Government-aided schools and Institutes of Higher Learning so that they can benefit from the best opportunities in education, regardless of their financial background.
Parents may apply for MOE FAS using the following methods:
e-FAS form available on Parents Gateway (under Services tab – Financial Assistance) via Singpass login.

The DigitalAccess@Home scheme provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower income families. Parents can apply online at www.digitalaccess.gov.sg
